Your quality work, visible where specifications are decided.
On a datasheet, a manufacturer who does the real quality work looks the same as one who doesn't. We independently review the evidence you already have, and you can show specifiers what each key value is based on.
What changes when your evidence is reviewed.
Today
Your test reports, certificates and declarations sit in folders and spreadsheets.
Each key value reaches the specifier without what it is based on.
Every project brings the same questions, answered again.
Your quality work stays inside the company.
With a Complite review
Your evidence is connected to the products, variants and components it covers.
Each key value can be shown with its basis, and the evidence one click away.
One link answers what a specifier asks: what is this based on?
Your quality work shows where products are chosen.
One review. Three gains.
Management
Compete on the work, not the price.
Show what sets your products apart where specifications are decided, without a mark or a grade. You decide which Verified families go public.
Quality and compliance
A second pair of eyes on your evidence.
We review your reports and certificates in full. Your portal shows what needs attention, what is coming up and what each document supports.
Sales
Answers before the specifier asks.
Send a link to the exact model with the credential line. The specifier sees each key value with what it is based on, so fewer questions come back to your quality team.
From your documents to Verified, and after.
-
Choose one product family. We set up your portal and invite you in.
-
Answer one questionnaire on how you manage production, once for the company. Then upload the documents you already have and submit the family.
-
We review the evidence. If something is needed, the portal shows exactly what. You answer with more evidence or an explanation, and resubmit.
-
When the review is complete, the family is Verified. You choose whether to publish it on VALONI, and you receive the credential kit.
-
When a certificate expires, a key value changes or a variant is added, we re-examine the family. Until it is re-verified, it is off VALONI; then you publish it again.
When the evidence matters most.
-
The specifier can point to your VALONI profile: each key value with what it is based on, reviewed independently and dated. A datasheet alone can't show that difference.
-
Add the credential line and the link to the exact model to your tender response. The evaluator reaches the evidence behind each key value in one click.
-
Open the component in your portal and see which variants use it, which values come from it and which certificates cover it. Upload the new evidence, and we decide whether the family needs re-verification.
-
If you have an EPD, VALONI shows it as a carbon chart by life-cycle module, labelled third-party verified or manufacturer self-declared, with a link to its register.
Your real work, made visible.
Testing, certificates and a careful technical file take time and money. A review lets specifiers see what that work supports, value by value.
What it takes from you.
Your documents and product data
Test reports, certificates, declarations, datasheets and the technical file you already have. No need to rebuild anything first.
One questionnaire
How you manage production today, answered once for the company and updated when things change. "No" and "Not known" are valid answers. Only Complite and your own users see it.
A start call
We agree the product family and a timeline, and walk you through the portal. We structure most of the data from your documents during the review.
-
ENEC is strong evidence, and we read it. But many specifiers don't know which values an ENEC certificate actually covers. On VALONI, each of those values carries the label certified, with the certificate one click away. In the review, the certificate is connected to the product, its variants and every value it covers, and your other values show their own evidence.
-
No. A certification body tests or assesses a product against a standard and issues a certificate. We don't test or certify. We review the evidence you already have, certificates included, and show what each key value is based on. There is no mark, grade or score.
-
You are. Under EU law, conformity with product legislation is declared solely by the manufacturer, and the review doesn't change that. We independently examine the evidence and state, framework by framework, whether it supports your declaration. On VALONI that reads "Complite's review supports conformity with …".
-
You get a clear list of what is needed for Verified, private to you. Answer it with more evidence or an explanation and resubmit.
-
They stay confidential. We read them in full, and your VALONI profile says so. The reports themselves are never published.
-
You choose whether to publish a Verified family. What a profile shows is the same template for every manufacturer, which is why specifiers can rely on it.
-
There is no logo or badge. Use the credential line, "independently reviewed by Complite — see the evidence at [link]". The evidence is the proof.
-
They don't need to know it in advance. You send the link to the exact model, and the profile answers what every specifier asks: what is this value based on?
-
No. You see monthly totals of views, downloads and scans, never who.
